As the mother of six children and a home cook, Seta Tchekmedyian has spent a good amount of time in her Southern California kitchen crafting Mediterranean style meals in large batches. Her goal was to make well-balanced meals full of grains, vegetables, and a whole lot of love and flavor. The inspiration to start Tureen came from her empty-nester heart.
